Debt Consolidation Loan Johor Bahru

Multiple repayments to manage? Understand your options before taking another loan.

Credit cards, personal loans and other instalments can each have different due dates and payment amounts. When several payments fall within the same month, it can become difficult to keep track of what you owe and how much it costs.

PH Capital Solution Sdn. Bhd. provides debt consolidation loan enquiries in Johor Bahru. We review your existing debts, income and repayment capacity to assess whether a new loan to settle selected commitments is suitable.

We are a KPKT-licensed money lender in Nusa Sentral, Iskandar Puteri. Consolidation is not debt forgiveness and does not guarantee a lower interest rate, monthly payment or total repayment. Compare the full terms before deciding.

Start with a debt summary, total monthly repayments and income. Never share your account passwords.

What Is a Debt Consolidation Loan?

A debt consolidation loan uses new borrowing to settle selected, verified existing debts. Once those settlements are completed, you repay the new loan according to its agreed amount, interest rate, tenure and schedule.

Fully settling several old commitments may reduce the number of repayments you need to manage. If the new loan covers only part of your debt, the remaining commitments must still be paid.

Receiving new funds does not mean old accounts are settled. Settlement amounts, completed payments and confirmation from the original creditors must be checked.

When Is an Assessment Worth Considering?

  • You have several loans or instalments with different due dates.
  • You want to explore a clearer repayment arrangement for selected debts.
  • You have verifiable income but need to review your existing repayment structure.
  • You can provide debt records and compare the complete cost of both options.
  • You have a repayment plan and intend to avoid rebuilding debt after consolidation.

If income cannot cover essential living expenses, or repayment depends on repeatedly taking new loans, debt negotiation or counselling should be considered before adding more borrowing.

Which Commitments Can Be Reviewed?

Share details of credit cards, personal loans and other instalment or financing commitments so the team can understand your full position. Including a debt in the review does not mean it will be accepted for consolidation.

Each commitment requires checks on the creditor, outstanding balance, settlement amount, charges and original agreement. Vehicle or property-secured financing needs additional review of early settlement and security-release procedures.

Four Things to Compare Before Deciding

1. Total Repayment Under Both Options

Compare more than the headline interest rate. Include remaining repayments, settlement charges, new loan interest and applicable fees.

2. Monthly Payment and Tenure

A smaller monthly payment may result from a longer repayment period. It does not necessarily mean a cheaper loan, and a longer tenure may increase total interest.

3. Which Debts Will Actually Be Settled

Identify the exact scope and any balances that will remain. Do not consider only the new instalment while overlooking old debts that still need repayment.

4. Any New Security or Guarantee Obligations

Understand additional risks if the arrangement requires property collateral or a personal guarantee, particularly when replacing unsecured debt with property-secured borrowing.

Documents for Assessment

  • Applicant identification.
  • Recent salary slips, commission statements or other income evidence.
  • Recent bank statements.
  • Latest statements for existing loans and credit cards.
  • Outstanding balances, monthly instalments and remaining tenures.
  • Settlement figures or related information from original creditors, where required.
  • Essential monthly living expenses and other financial commitments.
  • Business or property records, where relevant to the proposed structure.

Requirements depend on the case. Submit documents through verified official channels. Do not provide online banking passwords, OTPs or account login credentials.

How PH Capital Reviews Your Enquiry

  1. Understand your commitments: Review the debt summary, monthly payments and income.
  2. Verify documents: Check statements, settlement information and repayment capacity.
  3. Assess feasibility: Identify debts that may be included and potential financing terms.
  4. Compare the full cost: Explain the amount, interest, fees, tenure and security obligations.
  5. Complete agreed requirements: If approved and accepted, proceed with signing, disbursement and the specified settlement arrangements.

The settlement method must be confirmed in the proposed arrangement. Do not stop existing repayments simply because you have applied; continue unless the original creditor confirms settlement or formally agrees to a different arrangement.

Debt Consolidation FAQs

Will my monthly payment definitely be lower?

No. The payment depends on the new amount, interest rate, tenure and charges. Even if it falls, the total repayment may increase.

Will consolidation save interest?

Not necessarily. Compare the complete cost and settlement conditions of both options. Easier administration does not itself mean lower borrowing costs.

Can I enquire if I have arrears or adverse credit records?

You can explain your situation, but approval considers the reason for arrears, current income, commitments and repayment capacity. Approval is not guaranteed, and a new loan does not automatically erase previous credit records.

Can all my debts become one repayment?

Not always. The scope depends on the approved amount, debt types, settlement conditions and required procedures. Excluded or unsettled commitments remain payable.

Is this debt forgiveness or an AKPK programme?

No. This page describes PH Capital's loan assessment service, not an AKPK programme or a promise of creditor debt reduction. A borrower remains responsible for repaying the new loan.

Can I enquire without owning property?

Yes. Whether an unsecured structure is suitable, whether a guarantor is needed and the amount available depend on the financial assessment.

Understand Your Debts Before Deciding to Consolidate

A suitable proposal should make clear which debts will be settled, what you will pay each month and the total repayment. Share your current commitments and income so we can assess feasibility before you decide to apply.
