Responsibilities:
- Provide professional advice on personal loans, business loans, and property financing
- Assess clientsβ financial background and loan eligibility
- Assist clients in preparing and submitting required loan documents
- Liaise with banks, financial institutions, lawyers, and business partners
- Follow up on loan applications to ensure smooth and timely disbursement
- Explain loan terms, interest rates, repayment structures, and conditions to clients
- Maintain good client relationships and provide after-sales support
- Ensure all processes comply with company policies and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Experience in loan, banking, or financial services is an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Able to communicate in English and Chinese (Bahasa Malaysia is a plus)
- Possess own transport
